1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AcreRoot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AcreRoot is a platform that connects local farmers with customers. Farmers can create digital storefronts to showcase their products, and customers can discover and communicate with local farms.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Subscriptions & Pricing

AcreRoot offers a free trial period for new users. After the trial period ends, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Farmers are charged $19 per month and customers are charged $5 per month. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Service. By posting content, you grant AcreRoot a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Harvest or collect user information without consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AcreRoot does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcreRoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
