One weekly stop. Real farmers. No middleman markups. Built by a mom who wanted better food without rearranging her whole week.
AcreRoot started with a simple frustration: finding good, honest food from local Texas farms was harder than it should be. Weekend markets are wonderful — but between work, kids, and everything else life throws at you, showing up at the right place at the right time every Saturday just isn't realistic. And grocery stores, while convenient, are full of food that traveled hundreds of miles and passed through a half-dozen hands before it hit the shelf.
So we built something different. AcreRoot is a curbside pickup hub — a single, convenient location where Austin families can pick up farm-fresh food in one simple stop, once a week. Farmers drive their harvest to the hub. Customers shop online ahead of time and swing by to grab their order curbside. No wandering. No uncertainty. No middleman marking up your eggs.
The idea is straightforward: farms shouldn't have to run their own delivery fleets, and families shouldn't have to drive out to five different farms to feed themselves well. The hub solves both problems at once — and keeps the money where it belongs: with the farmer.
Browse farms and products, build your order, and check out — all from your phone or computer, before the weekly cutoff.
Once a week, participating farmers drop off their harvests at the AcreRoot hub. One trip for them. Fresh food for everyone.
Pull up, grab your bag, and go. No lines, no searching — just your order, ready and waiting. Optional farm or market pickup also available.
No middlemen, no distribution markups. Farmers set their own prices and keep more of what they earn.
One weekly stop replaces multiple trips to multiple farms. Fresh food fits into your actual life — not around it.
The hub is where rural Texas farms meet Austin families. Every order is a real relationship between a grower and the people they feed.
Shop a curated selection of Texas farm products online. Order by the weekly cutoff, pick up curbside at the hub — or at a participating farmers market or farm location if that works better for you. Fresh, local food on your schedule, not the market's.
One weekly hub drop-off replaces a dozen individual deliveries. Reach Austin customers without running your own logistics. Set your own prices, list your products online, and let AcreRoot handle the ordering and pickup coordination — so you can focus on farming.
Rooted in Texas
We started in Texas and we're growing here first. The AcreRoot hub model is built for Austin — with plans to expand to more Texas cities as we grow.
AcreRoot removes the two biggest barriers to buying local: inconvenience and uncertainty. When farmers and families meet at the hub, everyone wins — and the community gets stronger.
